Tigeroak

Tigeroak is a Danish neo-soul duo consisting of electronic musician and guitarist Laurits Steen Møberg and vocalist and lyrical composer Anna Prinds. The pair draws inspiration from underground jazz, hip-hop, and neo-soul, blending these influences with Nordic sensibilities into a nuanced palette of sound featuring electronic grooves, melodic choruses, and figurative lyrics. The duo has gained significant recognition in Denmark, being selected for Jazz Danmark's National Jazz Competition in 2022 and performing on DR's "Sammen - hver for sig." Their concert at Jazz and Roots was nominated for a Danish Music Award for most innovative concert experience. Albums "Living and Living" (2023) and "Stay Close" (2024) showcase their evolving artistry.
