These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of concertstoattend.com (the "Service"), operated by ConcertsToAttend ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ConcertsToAttend helps you discover upcoming concerts in Copenhagen. You can browse concerts, track artists, and save events.

The Service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep concert information accurate, but we do not guarantee that dates, prices, venues, or availability are correct or up to date. Always verify details with the official venue or ticket seller before purchasing tickets.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate registration information
Keeping your password secure
All activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Scrape, crawl, or automated-access the Service beyond normal browser usage
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual property

Concert data, artist information, and reviews displayed on the Service may originate from third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of this content. Artist images and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

The ConcertsToAttend name, logo, and website design are our property and may not be used without permission.

6. Email notifications

By creating an account you may receive concert alerts and reminders for artists you track. You can disable notifications at any time from your account settings or by using the unsubscribe link in any email.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConcertsToAttend is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

Inaccurate concert information (dates, prices, cancellations)
Issues with ticket purchases made through third-party links
Service downtime or data loss

We are an information service, not a ticket seller. All ticket transactions occur between you and the respective ticket provider.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with reasonable notice where possible.

Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
