SKYND

SKYND is a German-Australian industrial music project formed in 2018, consisting of vocalist Skynd (a character portrayed anonymously) and multi-instrumentalist Father. The project explores the darkest aspects of true crime through an aggressive blend of industrial, nu metal, and electronic music, with each song based on a real criminal case. The project's anonymous nature and disturbing subject matter have generated both fascination and controversy. SKYND's catalog includes songs about notorious cases ranging from Richard Ramirez to Jim Jones, delivered through pummeling industrial beats, distorted guitars, and Skynd's versatile vocal performance that ranges from whispered spoken word to aggressive screaming.
