Oilly Wallace is a Danish saxophonist and multi-genre musician who has been a fixture on the Danish music scene since his debut at 18 on Norwegian drummer Snorre Kirk's album Europa. His musical DNA draws from a wide palette — 70s Beach Boys-inspired songwriting, Brazilian music, jazz, neo-soul, and lush orchestral arranging — with acknowledged influences ranging from David Sanborn and Brian Wilson to Henry Mancini, Marcus Miller, and João Donato. Beyond his solo work, he's active in ensembles like OTOOTO, Tabloid, and his duo with producer Johannes Wamberg. He's also a go-to session and touring musician for major Danish pop artists including Emma Sehested Høgh, Andreas Odbjerg, and Coco O.
