Kill-Town Death Fest XI

Kill-Town Death Fest is one of Europe's premier underground death metal festivals, held annually at Pumpehuset in the heart of Copenhagen. Now in its eleventh edition, KTDF has earned a reputation as a pilgrimage for death metal devotees from across the globe — four days, three stages, and roughly 40 bands dedicated entirely to the most extreme corner of heavy music.

The festival's strength lies in its uncompromising curation. Every band on the bill is there because they represent something essential about death metal — whether it's a legendary act from the genre's golden era or a new band pushing the boundaries of brutality. Past editions have featured Autopsy, Immolation, Incantation, Dead Congregation, Undergang, and dozens of other scene pillars. Add a metal market, DJs spinning obscure vinyl, and a community that treats the weekend like a family reunion, and you have something special.

Kill-Town Death Fest XI takes place September 3–6, 2026. Copenhagen has never sounded heavier.
