Mekdes

Mekdes is a Danish independent artist, producer, and songwriter known for one of the most distinctive voices on the Danish music scene. He operates with full artistic control, self-releasing all his music. His sound is built on a foundation of rhythmic pop, stretching into afropop, R&B, soul, and a mix of electronic and acoustic elements. He became a household name in Denmark in part through his appearance on the 2024 season of Toppen af Poppen.
